IT PMO- Asset Management
Job Description
Your role
- Finding the rules for data administration in the IT systems and choosing the appropriate tools for checking that data are consistent and being correctly implemented.
- Updating and checking information used for producing the reporting
- Overseeing production procedures and management rules.
- Managing maintenance of our client database (Account Management).
- Carrying out quality checks and ensuring that the IT system is coherent.
- Coordinating the applications and the data from the different teams in the department.
Profile :
- Degree from a university of applied sciences ("HES") or in business informatics.
- Experience working in finance, investment funds or asset management - Mandatory
- Excellent database skills (Oracle PL / SQL).
- Very good practical knowledge of Business Object or a business intelligence application.
- Experience of providing reporting for senior management.
- Skilled user of standard IT software (MS Office and Lotus Notes)
- Excellent written and oral command of French and English.
- Must be resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
