We are looking for a full-time position as soon as possible :
IT Application Manager DMS (m / f / d)
Your tasks
- Implementation, administration and optimization of the DMS system (d.velop d3, iBox)
- Customization and configuration of workflows to support business processes
- Maintenance and further development of the reporting and contract management tool
- Ensuring system availability and carrying out system upgrades, patches and backups
- Processing service requests and technical support for end users
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders to implement projects and process optimizations
Your profile
- Completed studies in computer science, information technology or comparable training
- 2 - 4 years of professional experience in IT application management, ideally with DMS systems
- Experience in the integration of IT systems and databases
- Sound knowledge of Windows Server administration
- Knowledge of project management
ITIL, PRINCE2 an advantage)
- Initiative, team player mentality and structured way of working
- Very good knowledge of German (C1)
