At this stage, we can tell you that the company based in Kirchberg, a manufacturer of industrial machinery, is looking for a Technical Support (m / f / d) at 80-100% to assist their client as soon as possible.

Responsibilities :

• National technical support 2nd level
• Assistance with the operation of the central technical support hotline
• Technical support in project planning and implementation
• On-site training and support for specialist dealers during installation and commissioning of our systems
• Organization and implementation of dealer and customer training courses

Profile sought :

• Technical training with EFZ or farmer with HAFL
• Technical versatility with skills in automation, electricity a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of industrial machinery.
• Good command of German and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
