THE ROLE
As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for convincing clients and media agencies to spend their marketing budget within our exquisite video portfolio in Switzerland, either on insertion orders or programmatic.
You are a talented sales person, able to persuade others and strong in transferring an offer into an order. You are the media expert, knowing what the market participants need, their single point of contact and accompanying them from the first offer until the final report.
You are part of a small team backed by various teams of experts, including from the areas of Ad Product, Ad Operation and Business Development.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and advertising agencies
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets
- Manage our CRM system with your visits and customer contacts
- Create offers and transfer them into orders (CRM based) or managed the programmatic process
- Control of reports and invoices
- Create appropriate sales documents and presentations based on clients needs
- Active market observation & analysis of market trends and competition
- Active support for the optimization of internal processes and tools used
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 8 years of professional experience in advertising sales, preferably in digital media, performance media or TV
- Track record in the Swiss agency and advertising client business with an existing network
- Business fluent in German and English (as primary company language)
- Knowledge of programmatic sales desired
- Strong communication skills, high self-motivation, responsibility and assertiveness
- You feel comfortable in a team and an unconventional corporate culture with many creative possibilities
