Relationship Manager (Swiss market)
Job Description
For our client, a Swiss Private Bank, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to join the Swiss desk in Zurich.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-net-worth Swiss domicile clients, providing exceptional financial advice and personalized banking services.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth Swiss domicile clients, understanding their financial needs and objectives.
- Portfolio Management : Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring their banking and investment needs are met with tailored solutions.
- Financial Advisory : Provide expert financial advice on a range of products and services, including wealth management, investment strategies, and estate planning.
- Client Acquisition : Identify and acquire new high-net-worth clients through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
- Customer Service : Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Compliance : Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CFP) are a plus.
- Experience : Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in private banking or wealth management, with a proven track record of managing high-net-worth clients.
- Skills :
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth management strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in German and English, knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
