As part of the modernization of our IT platform (renewal of our platforms), we are looking for production engineers familiar with technologies around file transfer, scheduling and alerting, who will be able to support us throughout this transformation, while at the same time supporting the current installed base.
Management of an application pool within the IT Operations department (Technologies and Operations unit), in a team of 7 employees operating from Geneva.
YOUR MISSION
Responsible for implementing business requests on our alerting / scheduling / file transfer platforms
Qualification of requests, detailed documentation of specs
Actively participate and make proposals for the evolution of the platforms
Actively participate and make proposals to improve and automate existing processes
Level 2 / 3 support for existing workflows

YOUR PROFILE
Higher education in computer science (Master's degree or equivalent)
2 to 10 years in a similar position
Significant experience on file transfer : implementation of industrial transfer protocols, certificate management. GoAnywhere would be a plus
Scheduling : OpCon, Control-M or equivalent would be a plus
Monitoring / alerting : Service Now Event Management, Nagios, SCOM, scripting (Powershell, shell) would be a plus
Responsible, rigorous, versatile, flexible and with good interpersonal skills. Strong team spirit, desire for continuous improvement, proactive.
Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
Residence in Switzerland or willing to relocate there
