As our new social media trainee, you will :

Dailymunity Management :

Handle tasks related tomunity management, including responding toments and messages, in close collaboration with the Customer Care and Brand Managers teams

Content Creation and Publication :

  • Manage the creation and posting of the Morning News on Instagram Story
  • Create daily financial chart on X

Strategy Execution :

Implement the defined content strategy on Swissquote's new platforms : WhatsApp, Telegram, and Threads

Support Social Media Managers :

  • Assist in producing eye-catching visuals with Canva and crafting engaging captions to enhance user interaction
  • Conduct benchmarking ofpetitors to improve our Social Media strategy
  • At least 6 months of experience in marketing or relevant field
  • Good understanding of marketing best practices and activations across social media platforms
  • Strong interest in fintech and financial markets is highly desirable
  • French-speaking with excellent writing skills, and a very good level in English. Knowledge of German or any other language is a plus
  • Positive attitude, proactive approach, detail-oriented, customer-oriented, and adept at multitasking
  • Holds or is on track to obtain a Professional or Bachelor's degree inmunication or marketing
