This is a standard marketing role with focus on strategy, sales and customer value management.

What You’ll Do :

  • Lead Strategic Initiatives : Utilize your analytical skills to develop strategies that drive growth and success within the B2C segment
  • Innovate Marketing Concepts : Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table, enhancing conversion rates across product lines.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leaders : Partner with executives in product, sales, marketing, and finance to align on and execute business strategies
  • Manage Customer Campaigns : Oversee the design and execution of campaigns that engage our client’s largest residential customer segment
  • Drive Project Success : Lead cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas from concept to reality, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope

  • Why You?

  • You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • You bring 3+ years of experience in marketing, CRM, or project management, ideally in a subscription-based business
  • You gained professional experience in Telecommunications, Banking or related industries is a plus
  • You possess strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Attitude : Possess a "Dare, Drive, Deliver" attitude with the motivation to effect change and challenge the status quo. Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to solve problems independently and prioritize tasks effectively to achieve targets
  • Interpersonal Skills : Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and persuade individuals at various levels, including senior management
  • You’re fluent in German and English, with additional language skills in French or Italian being a plus
