- Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive resource mobilisation strategy to achieve financial targets.
- Identify, assess, and develop new funding streams, including grants, sponsorship, donations, and partnerships.
- Monitor and evaluate fundraising activities to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, foundations, corporations, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively to articulate the organisation's mission and garner support.
- Build, lead and mentor a team, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Fluent in English
- Master's degree in international relations, communications, public relations, business or a related subject.
- At least 10-15 years of experience in Resource Mobilisation / Fundraising / Donor Relations
- Extensive knowledge of Resource Mobilisation and project management
- Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
