If so, the Business Application Management team located in Zurich-Oerlikon is currently seeking for your talent as Business Manager Applications with focus for Digital Payments, either immediately or by mutual agreement.
Aufgaben
- Working closely with internal stakeholders from different departments, including customers and banks
- Analyzing business processes, developing concepts, and taking responsibility for the implementation of complex solutions
- Breaking down features into user stories with necessary acceptance criteria and supplementing user stories with functional and non-functional requirements.
- Ensuring that user stories are sized appropriately and meet the definition of ready to fit into a sprint.
- Executing acceptance testing for user stories / features
- Supporting the Scrum team with knowledge transfer and actively participating in agile events such as the Scaled Agile Framework and Scrum.
- Gathering and documenting requirements in an agile product environment, designing processes
- Supporting the creation / validation of prototypes or proof of concept and facilitating workshops by preparing, moderating, and following up on them.
- Incident Management within the responsible applications / services, Second level support and coordination with third party suppliers
Profil
- You have a technical degree and professional experience in the banking sector.
- You are familiar with agile development methods such as SAFe or Scrum
- You have a good technical knowledge and can decipher APIs’ requests, dig into logs and understand what happened during a business process
- You have several years (2+ years) of experience as a Business analyst
- You support your skills with relevant certifications such as Scrum (PO, SM), IREB (Foundation Level or RE@Agile), BABOK or equivalent certificates.
- You enjoy delving into a new topic, creating technical concepts, and moderating workshops.
- As the pivot between business and development, you are experienced in preparing content that is tailored to the target audience and enjoy the regular change of perspective.
- With your organized and analytical approach, you create order and clear structures
- You speak fluent English, German and / or Italian are a plus
