We need someone who loves recruitment, who enjoys developing business, winning new clients and building real and authentic relationships.

What we need is someone who can make this role their own! Tasks Develop and grow the HR & Talent Acquisition business across Switzerland through business development and client acquisition.

Placing profiles including Head of HR, HRBP, HR Managers, Payroll Managers & Experts, Talent Acqusition Managers and Experts plus Internal Recruiters and more.

Own your role; drive new client acquisitions and cultivate impactful, enduring relationships Become a brand and go-to-person for your niche and specialism.

Headhunt, recruit, network and attract candidates to make the best match for your client. Proactively build talent pipelines as well as work on mandate searches and active requirements.

Use creativity and passion to build your personal brand and elevate ours through content and best practice sharing. Requirements You have a proven track record as a 360 recruitment consultant within the Swiss market.

Your German is fluent and your command of English is professional. You are self-motivated with a high degree of autonomy, matched by a sales-driven and results-oriented mindset.

You are proficient in sourcing, direct searching, and building professional networks. You possess excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence.
