For their multilingual hub in Portugal, they are looking to recruit fluent German speakers to join their international team.
This is a full work from home role from anywhere in mainland Portugal, or if you are near or in Braga, you can work from their office over there! The RoleAs a German speaking Car Rental Agent you will handle incoming queries via phone and email in relation bookings, cancellations and billing issues.
You will be providing information about available vehicles, rental policies and pricing. Besides this you will inform customers about offers and add-on services.
