Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Specialist

In this role, you will report to the Division Senior Manager and your role will focus on the candidate side for our sub-team in charge of Technical and Scientific Roles.
More specifically, your tasks will include :
- Proactively partner with Consultants in the team and understand the unique talent needs of their clients
- Assist & participate to client briefings for specific roles with HR & Hiring Managers in order to get a deep understanding of their request, both from a soft and hard skills perspective
- Build talent pipelines with candidates located in various locations and ready to consider new career opportunities
- Identify key experts through social media and databases and engage conversation on a proactive basis
- Build a strong knowledge of every sub-market, identify market trends and leverage it with the team and clients
- Initiate sourcing activities with modern tools, build reports for the team and for clients
- Build recruitment credibility and progressively manage candidates interviews process
- Write candidates presentations
- University Degree with a specialisation in Business Administration or Sales,
- 1 to 5 years of experience in a Recruitment / Sourcing / Talent Acquisition role
- Swiss or European citizenship a must,
- Fluent in French & English,
