Business Development & Distribution Coordinator Internship (limited to 6 months, 50%, all genders)
As an intern to the SWISS GVA Commercial team, you will work in cooperation with the experts and support them with following development business case :
- Prospect by phone or email new business and distribution partners in the field of voucher distribution, specifically to sales dedicated platforms
- Create a classification matrix to assess SWISS Geneva existing business and distribution partners
- Evaluate existing business and distribution partners by assessing them thought a classification matrix (ranking)
- Present and submit to the Western Switzerland experts a list of asset partners for final decision
- Develop and negotiate commercial offers for business and distribution partners (duration of campaign, action, decision on number of vouchers)
- Prepare content and visuals for commercial offers (writing content in English and French, selecting and cropping pictures, preparing link and landing pages)
- Coordinate administrative partnerships (contract redaction and submission, invoicing, and voucher ordering)

- Degree of employment : for this position, 50% degree of employment is required
- HF diploma, Bachelor’s, Master’s students or graduates (HF diploma & Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters) preferably in Business Administration and Marketing.
- An internship convention from your school is needed
- Strong affinity with research and prospecting
- Strong affinity in implementing innovative solutions and strategies
- Adaptable, collaborative, and open-minded
- Goal oriented person
- Mother tongue French, very good writing skills in French
- Very good spoken and written English skills
- Very good MS Office skills
