Arlo Europe Portfolio Marketing Associate/Manager

Arlo Europe, part of Verisure, is seeking a talented, innovative and passionate Portfolio Marketing Associate / Manager to join our international and growing Portfolio team and be based in Antony Paris, France or Geneva, Switzerland.

The role will report to the Portfolio Director and will work in close partnership with Operations and Finance departments.

In this role, you will design and execute initiatives leveraging customer insights and partnering cross-functionally for execution.

You will have a direct impact on our pan-European commercial operations by improving the customer value proposition and experience across all channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer journey strategy and initiatives informed by customer insights and best-in-class practices (. attrition management, upgrade experience, reactivating an account)
• Partner across the organization (esp. CRM, Technology, and Finance teams) to execute on initiative across all customer touchpoints and channels
• Translate customer insights and data (incl. survey, usage, and financial data) into innovative personalized experiences that drive customer loyalty and growth
• Track initiative impact to gauge effectiveness and improvement opportunities with a focus on customer attrition and reconnection.
• Create business cases for proposed initiatives, used to inform portfolio-wide prioritization decisions
• Enable broader business understanding of customer portfolio by enriching data and improving reporting tools

Experiences and Qualifications

• Professional with minimum of 2-4 years of experience
• Bachelor / master’s degree in a quantitative field and / or equivalent experience or evidence of exceptional deductive ability
• Experience in strategic consulting and / or subscription-based business is highly valuable
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives / programs delivering measurable business outcomes

Competencies

• Passion for data and storytelling / journey mapping using qualitative and quantitative inputs
• Strong analytical capability and experience with rapid experimentation to drive improvement and make decisions
• An enthusiastic and high energy individual with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
• A match to our culture high energy and flex, fantastic at communication and huge amounts of drive. Collaborative working is key!
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience with visualisation and analysis tools such as PowerBI
• Fluent English

Strategic context and Value proposition

Verisure is the leading provider of monitored security solutions in Europe. In 2019, we formed a strategic partnership with Arlo, a world leader in connected cameras.

Verisure acquired all rights to Arlo’s European business, in particular, the exclusive distribution rights for Arlo branded camera products for all sales channels in Europe, including e-commerce and retail.

Additionally, Verisure is entering into a supply agreement with Arlo whereby we get access to the full portfolio and past and future innovation stream of Arlo camera products to sell through the Verisure direct or partner channels across all our countries.

Today, Verisure does not focus on e-commerce and retail channels. Instead, we drive our core go to market channels : direct field sales, Alliances, and telesales.

The acquisition of Arlo Europe now gives us a strong leadership position in these two emerging and important channels for our business.

This transaction has strategic importance. Camera led subscription services building on surveillance versus professionally monitored security are now creating attractive incremental growth opportunities.
