We are a human-sized property management company with a family atmosphere (yes, we still talk to each other in person), well-established in Yverdon and the North, responding to the many demands of our clients related to (apartments, buildings, energy efficiency, etc.). We are looking for the technical gem who will take over (our current manager will soon enjoy a well-deserved retirement) as the Director of Works / Technical Manager.Your missions (if you accept them) : - Lead and successfully carry out large-scale projects (apartments, energy-related, various…)- Manage the financial aspects related to the projects (yes, even budgets need to be well handled)- Ensure quality and safety control because close enough is not in our vocabulary.Your profile : - CFC in building, or property management, or ES technician in building, or equivalent.- A supplementary qualification in project management? Great bonus!- 2 to 3 years of experience minimum in a similar function and in project management (essential).- Solid knowledge of building techniques and standards (AEAI, OIBT & similar do not give you cold sweats).- Comfortable with MS Office; familiarity with architectural design software is a plus.- Comfortable in conflict management and methodical, reliable, efficient (and always with a Plan B).- Autonomous, with a good flexible spirit and good human contact.What we offer : - Activity rate : to be discussed, between 70% and 100%.- Start date : June 1st (or to be agreed upon).- A stable, human and caring work environment, at the center of varied and concrete projects, where your expertise will truly make a difference.If you like to see projects come to fruition (or be renovated according to the rules of the art), appreciate autonomy and human contact, we look forward to hearing from you!
