Description de posteBildung : Master-Studium (Universität, Fachhochschule) in Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder gleichwertige Ausbildung Berufserfahrung : Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Planning, Produktionsplanung oder Beschaffungsplanung, idealerweise in Führungsfunktion Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Projektmanagement / Projektleitung und Prozessoptimierung im Detailhandel oder im FMCG-Bereich in Supplychain und Integrierten Planung Fundierte Kenntnisse in Planungsprozessen entlang der Lieferkette, insbesondere im Bereich Produktions- und Materialbedarfsplanung Sehr gutes Verständnis für logistische Zusammenhänge, Kapazitätsplanung und Bestandsmanagement Leadershipqualitäten und Erfahrung in der Leitung und Entwicklung von Teams Erfahrung mit ERP- und Planungssystemen (z. Was du bewegst
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Supply-Planning-Teams, inklusive Ressourcenplanung und Teamentwicklung
- Sicherstellung einer effektiven Zusammenarbeit innerhalb des Teams sowie mit anderen Abteilungen und externen Partnern
- Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von Projekten zur Optimierung der Supply Prozesse
- Kontinuierliche Überwachung der globalen Lieferkette und schnelle Reaktion auf unvorhergesehen Ereignisse sowie Sicherstellung einer optimalen Materialverfügbarkeit unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Kapazitäten und Lagerbeständen
- Steuerung des S&OP-Prozesses aus Supply-Sicht sowie aktive Mitarbeit bei dessen Weiterentwicklung
- Durchführung von Analysen zur Bewertung der aktuellen Supply-Planning-Prozesse inkl. Benchmarking zur Identifikation von Vebesserungspotentialen sowie Grundlagenerstellung für den Supply Review (Teil von S&OP und S&OE)
- Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung der KPI zwecks Messung der Effizienz und Effektivität der Supplyplanung
