Permanent Recruitment Consultant (M / F / D)

This challenging, sales-focused role will allow you to acquire new clients, manage existing relationships, and deploy various commercial activities. If you are results-oriented and capable of juggling multiple priorities, this position is for you!

Develop your portfolio : You will be in charge of managing and growing your assigned market sector / industry.

Build lasting relationships : Develop your client base by creating strong ties with your contacts in your geographical area.

Anticipate needs : Plan follow-up conversations with your clients and prospects to anticipate their staffing plans and candidate needs.

Strategic Partner : Collaborate with future clients to develop their recruitment strategies and extend your influence within their organizations.

The right talent in the right place : Actively support companies and candidates by helping them find the perfect match.

Master the complete cycle : Manage the entire recruitment process, from publishing offers to CV selection, and conducting interviews.

Qualifikationen

Your Profile for Success :

Diploma or professional training, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration or Commercial Administration, or equivalent experience in a similar role.

Min. 2 years of experience in Recruitment, ideally within a placement agency or headhunting firm.

Strong commercial aptitude focused on sales and results with a real ambition to perform and persevere.

You have a talent for organization and an excellent sense of networking.

Your capacity for influence and analysis allows you to know how to successfully penetrate a specific market.

You hold a valid driver's license.

French : Native speaker

English or German as a good knowledge a real advantage
