Within our Southern Europe and Latin America Market in Geneva, we are looking for a Private Banker Assistant to support our Brazilian desk.

The candidate will join a dynamic and growing team to offer a premium service to our private clients.

Private Banker Assistant

Your role :

• Support Private Bankers in clients’, administrative and commercial activities, to ensure a service of excellence to a UHNW and HNW demanding clientele.
• Provide information to clients about their portfolios.
• Verify, process and place transfer and all market orders in the system as per client instructions, and follow up.
• Liaise with internal services to ensure timely and accurate execution / resolution of clients’ requests.
• Manage in an impeccable way account openings and proactively process and follow account openings, monitoring of the accounts, cash management, overdrafts.
• Proactively deal with all administrative tasks (filing / recording of documentation and KYC, FCRM alerts monitoring, documentation update etc.) in collaboration with Private Bankers.
• Prepare under the guidance of the Private Bankers, presentation material for client meetings and for business development activities.
• Deal with clients’ mailing.
• Support clients with on-line access.
