• You'll shape the digital transformation of globallyleading companies by planning, launching, and successfully executingwide-ranging IT projects with clients
• Throughout your strategic IT implementation programs,you'll manage internal and external teams and combine your pertinent industryand IT know-how with agile project management methods like SAFe to ensuresmooth implementation of digital transformation processes
• During the design, assessment, and optimization of ITarchitectures, you'll be responsible for coordinating teams, organizing andleading discussions with top client management, and providing key impetus witha view toward current market developments and trends

This is how you can make adifference

• You completed a degree in computer science, (business)informatics, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades
• You have at least six years of relevant experience inIT Consulting and the realization of operative and strategic transformation andimplementation projects
• You have industry-specific knowledge or (project)experience in the banking or insurance sector
• You're an experienced project team leader including onthe client side
• Efficient resource planning and motivational employeeleadership are second nature to you
• You're familiar with all the stages of development forsuccessful IT organizations and IT processes
• You know how to plan IT initiatives and build solidbusiness cases
• You're good at understanding and communicating complextopics in both German and English; French of advantage
