On behalf of our client, a globally recognized company, we're recruiting an IT Support Engineer based in Zürich. This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious brand and provide crucial technical support to their teams across Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities :
- 1st & 2nd Level Support
- Be the go-to person for resolving technical issues, providing fast and efficient support.
- Keep devices running smoothly, from PCs and laptops to mobile devices, ensuring everything is up-to-date and functioning.
- Jump into action when on-site help is needed, tackling hardware and software issues directly.
- Handle configurations, maintenance, and troubleshooting within Microsoft environments.
- Solve network-related issues quickly, keeping connectivity seamless for all users.
Profile :
- You’ve spent time in the trenches of IT support, especially with Microsoft environments and network troubleshooting.
- Skilled in managing devices and infrastructure, and can confidently handle complex technical challenges.
- Fluent in German and French, making you an essential part of the team for our diverse client base.
- Solid IT education background, whether through a degree or relevant certifications.
