Hardskills
Several years of experience in the service sector within the GMP environment
Fluent in German and English
Knowledge of French is an advantage

Communication and motivational skills to convey information clearly and understandably, as well as to inspire and motivate participants
Adaptability and creativity to tailor course content and methods to the different needs of participants and to use creative approaches to make learning interesting and engaging
Empathy and patience to put oneself in the participants' shoes, understand their perspectives and needs, and give them the necessary time to learn
