Responsibilities

  • Training consultation for customers and conducting customer training sessions at SKAN internally and on-site
  • Support in technical training (SKAN Academy)
  • Point of contact for customer training for sales and service
  • Active support in conceptual development and revision of training offerings and formats for customer training
  • Close collaboration with internal experts and departments
  • Travel up to 50%

Hardskills

  • Several years of experience in the service sector within the GMP environment
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Knowledge of French is an advantage
  • Softskills

  • Communication and motivational skills to convey information clearly and understandably, as well as to inspire and motivate participants
  • Adaptability and creativity to tailor course content and methods to the different needs of participants and to use creative approaches to make learning interesting and engaging
  • Empathy and patience to put oneself in the participants' shoes, understand their perspectives and needs, and give them the necessary time to learn
