Associate ERP Project Manager - Sage X3

The Job
- Analysis of existing systems
- Treatment and support of customer requests
- Implementation of tests, parameters and deployment on the sites
- Continuous support and training of end-users (on site and remotely)
- The role is based in Fribourg, Switzerland but travel approx. 30 days per year is to be expected
The Profile
- Degree in IT or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years' experience as a functional ERP analyst in Sage X3.
- Rigorous, autonomous with a spirit of analysis and synthesis and an excellent relational skills.
- Excellent understanding of ERP system architecture and ability to work with technical teams to adapt technology to the specific needs of the company.
- Strong analysis, listening and synthesis skills to effectively translate users' needs into viable technical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, essential for the training and support of financial users as well as for coordination with internal teams and contracting parties.
