Our common goal
You are interested in transaction banking services, cash management and payment solutions, and you are at your best when solving problems for clients and building long-term business relationships. As a relationship manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of financial institutions (FI) clients and execute sales activities in correspondent banking and international payment services. You will evaluate and support key PostFinance partners together with our FI team, and elaborate on cash management and payments growth opportunities for PostFinance corporate clients. The focus of your work will be on client management and FI network development, but also on the coordination of partner projects.
How you can make a difference
- Shape PostFinance's transaction banking business; build long-term relationships with international FI to contribute to our worldwide network
- Use your excellent knowledge of PostFinance products, services and systems to identify growth opportunities and meet customer needs
- Make decisions and conduct independent negotiations to meet the sales target
- Handle client requests while ensuring a prompt, professional and accurate response as well as finding quick and customized solutions
- Cooperate and work closely with our internal stakeholders such as product management, innovation & technology, legal & compliance, operations, other client and sales support teams
What you can contribute
Higher education with a major in economics, banking and finance, business administration or equivalentInternational experience in the payments and banking industry, with strong skills in FX, cash management and corporate bankingSeveral years of professional experience in relationship management and / or product sales management, preferably to corporates or FI / banksHigh client focus, sales skills and service orientation to build and maintain long-term client relationshipsVery good presentation and communication skills (also interacting with senior stakeholders / clients)Good analytical skills and advanced knowledge of common IT applicationsEntrepreneurial behavior with a hands-on mentality and the attitude to take ownership for projectsStrong language capabilities in English and German; all other languages are preferred skillsHere's why you should get started with us
