Event Marketing Project Manager
How will you make an impact? HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
EVENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Drive and orchestrate the successful production and activation of international and local events by liaising with cross functional departments such as creative, brand activation, product, digital, media, CRM, PR, client experience, trade marketing and of course local markets
- Prepare HQ guidelines and ensure local deployment across markets for all typologies of events (exhibitions, pop-ups, stunts, boutique events, corporate events, trade shows )
- Guarantee perfect execution across internal and external stakeholders
- Build and identify a strong collaboration network with external partners within international organizations and local markets
PRODUCTION & OPERATION
- Lead the production of international and local events with markets, external partners & cross functional departments from development to implementation
- Build, control and monitor budgets of allocated events, liaising with local markets, external partners and HQ stakeholders as needed
- Ensure and foster Richemont Group and Jaeger-LeCoultre brand compliance & policies
ACTIVATION
- Drive the implementation of the activation strategy for all typologies of events including staff training, culinary and artistic experiences, panel talks, gifting etc.
- Make sure markets implement strong activation plans to maximise events ROI to treat identified target audiences (clients, press, trendsetters, corporate deals etc ).
REPORTING
Consolidate comprehensive reports and performance tracking to qualify events over time, identify key learnings and best practices
COMPETITION BENCHMARKING & EVENT CONCEPT WORK
- Research and analyse competitor events to identify industry trends and best practices
- Create detailed reports comparing competitors event strategies, formats, and attendee experiences
- Propose innovative event concepts and experiences that engage attendees on multiple levels
- Explore emerging multisensory technologies for their potential application in event experiences
- Collaborate with creative team to design immersive environments and interactive installations
WHAT ABOUT YOU?
- 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing, communication, event execution and implementation in event agencies or brands ideally within the luxury industry
- Strong project management skills to orchestrate multiple workstreams and to collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams
- Strong people management skills, natural enthusiasm to drive and develop people
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bilingual in English / French including strong writing skills
- Any additional language is a plus
