Your role

Are you passionate about the candidate experience? Are youmunicative and well organized?

We're looking for a colleague to support the Junior Talent Recruiting team to :

  • handle the recruiting process from selection to interview stage
  • execute contracts and support the onboarding process
  • handling requests and questions from our candidates
  • manage our internal stakeholders and give them guidance on our processes
  • drive projects and events to enhance our candidate pipeline, processes and programs
  • work seamlessly with colleagues in the wider 'Talent Attraction & Campus Recruiting' teams, happy to jump on tasks wherever you're needed

Your team

You'll be part of the Talent Attraction & Campus Recruiting team based in Zürich, but we're part of a team with colleagues all over the world. You'll play a role in positioning UBS among diverse, top candidates to attract, recruit and hire the next generation of employees to drive the success and growth of our firm.

Your expertise

  • ideally 2-4 years' experience in recruiting, employer branding, administration or client facing role
  • a fast learner, excited to work in dynamic and changing environment
  • strong attention to detail and excellent with administration
  • flexible, with a 'can-do' attitude and able to take initiative and 'own it'
  • amunicative team player who enjoys collaborating with the broader team
  • fluent in German and English, French or Italian is an advantage
