Senior HR Manager

Your responsibilities will include :

• Oversee the HR operations for all Swiss employees
• Define HR processes, strategy and best practice
• Work closely with the Executive Committee to ensure the HR function supports the business and its growth
• Manage recruitment for strategic positions
• Implement effective talent management strategies, including succession planning and career development
• Support and accompany managers with any HR related question
• Proven track record within an HR leadership role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
• Proactive, strategic thinker with a hands-on approach
• Experience working in international or multicultural environment
• Willing to travel
