We are seeking a dynamic Technical Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the optimization of our operations and business processes.

Founded in early 2017, WebPros brings together some widely used web hosting, billing automation, infrastructure, server management and online marketing software solutions.

Constantly adding new brands and products to its portfolio, in its current formula, WebPros comprises Plesk, cPanel, Nixstats, SolusVM, WHMCS, XOVI and koality.

Overall, we power more than 85 million websites on more than 900,000 servers worldwide.

Our global team is made up of 600+ tech-loving professionals with offices around the globe. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

Currently we are looking for a Frontend Developer vue.js for our products koality.io and nixstats.com.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Manage work tasks and projects, overseeing schedules, deliverable tracking, and basic communications with stakeholders and team members, including C-level staff and senior leadership.
  • Keep the team organized and mission-focused, ensuring efficient collaboration and workflow.
  • Leverage project management experience to drive successful execution of initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Proactively analyze existing processes, offering innovative solutions to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive continuous optimization.
  • Utilize strong Excel skills to organize and manipulate data sets, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Work closely with relevant stakeholders to validate and update data as needed.
  • Engage with vendors to explore tools and technologies that can contribute to process improvement.
  • Evaluate and recommend solutions that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Exhibit solid written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical information to various stakeholders.
  • Comfortably navigate ambiguity, adapting communication style to different audiences.
  • Monitor department budgets, forecast financial needs, and stay within budget parameters
  • Adheres to the policies and procedures of the company

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience in a role that combines project coordination, business analysis, and operations analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for business process improvement.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong Excel experience preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • Ability to work in an office environment. Specific abilities required by this job include : Ability to occasionally lift and carry or move up to 20 pounds;
  • Near vision; hearing; ability to transport oneself as needed throughout the day; ability to sit and use computer workstation, including keyboard and visual display terminal, for extended periods of time;

  • cPanel is a 24 / 7 operation and nontraditional or extended hours (including weekends) may be required
