R esponsibilities

• Ensure the smooth functioning of the Crypto Finance platforms, incl. both testing and shaping its development to enhance front-to-back processes that pass via a respective platform
• Coordinate improvements with the respective Product Manager
• Coordination and support for complex technical client integrations, e.g. setting up test account and api-connections for prospects and guiding them through the necessary steps
• Implement operational best practices, e.g. automated reconciliations
• Create and maintain operational workflows in such a way that they adhere to technical standards and can be carried out in an operator-friendly and efficient manner
• Contribute to documenting such front-to-back workflows
• Work in close cooperation with other team members, including traders, operators, product manager and salespeople.
• Also cover daily operations tasks, initially to get good insights into current processes and when there is demand (e.g.

holiday coverage and high volume days)

Represent Platform Management in internal governance bodies and committees

Requirements

• Experience with front-to-back processing at a financial institution
• Good with numbers and high attention to detail
• Basic coding experience, be it only Excel macros
• Basic understanding of accounting
• Experience working as a project- and / or business manager is a plus
• Generally a good technical understanding, e.g. familiarity with API calls and structured (e.g. JSON) responses
• German and / or English professional proficiency
• Knowledge of and interest in blockchain technology and / or crypto assets
• Eligible to work in Switzerland
