Requirements

• Required profile : Fluent, verbal and written in German; Excellent communication skills; Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters. To become a part of our Team you need to be : Able to work on site from Monday - Friday, to help address client, customer, and business needs;

You are expected to provide background clearance (certificate for highest level of education, references from previous employment, clean criminal record).
