Application Manager / Product Owner 80 - 100% (f/m/d)

For our client, a company in the insurance industry based in Bern, we are looking for an Application Manager / Product Owner for a permanent role.

Your responsibilities :

• Responsible for the maintenance, prioritization and implementation of the application backlog for our ERP applications
• Close cooperation with the stakeholders from the field, the Lean Portfolio as well as the Solution Owner & Solution Architect within the Solution
• Control of the technical implementation together with the suppliers
• Ensuring smooth application operation and troubleshooting
• Support with technical problems and user inquiries
• Planning Deployments and Releases

Your qualifications :

• Completed higher education in the field of (business) informatics
• Broad IT understanding and several years of experience in the field of standard software
• At least three years of practical experience as an application manager or product owner
• High customer orientation and strong communication skills
• Knowledge of collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, MS Teams
• Fluent written and spoken German and good English skills are an advantage
• Due to Swiss work permit restrictions, we can only consider applications from Swiss nationals, EU citizens as well as current work-permit holders for Switzerland.
