Contract Recruiter
Position Summary
With our expanding footprint in Switzerland, we are seeking a contract recruiter to source and recruit for roles in consulting, sales, analytics, relationship management, and other internal and client facing roles.
To be successful in this role you will be a seasoned internal recruiter, used to managing high volumes with a strong focus on direct sourcing.
You will have extensive experience managing the end to end recruitment life-cycle and be innovative in how you source candidates directly.
You will be able to demonstrate experience in providing a great candidate experience to any candidates that comes to our London office, whether the recruited by you directly or sourced by our international recruiting team members.
with senior candidates and stakeholders along with dealing with complex offers. This position will be offered on a fixed term contract initially and will be based in our London office.
Responsibilities :
- Single point of contact for end to end recruitment
- Liaise with line managers to understand and source for new vacancies
- Work closely with HR leadership and fellow recruiters to ensure that they are aware of any recruitment activity and provide support as needed, assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
- Drafting contracts and providing support in the development of well crafted job descriptions
- Organize interviews and booking rooms for all candidates visiting our London office
- Manage candidates and communications via our Applicant Tracking System to ensure data accuracy and real-time information for reporting and status updates
- Actively manage relationships with preferred suppliers and ensure supplier selection meet criteria around diversity and candidate experience.
- Support assessment and the interviewing process
- Coordinating the post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials
- Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
Requirements :
- 2-3 years experience as a recruiter or recruiting coordinator with a understanding of an end to end recruitment life-cycle in an in-house or agency environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and ability to understand your audience and priorities
- Experience working with hiring managers across various functions
- A seeker of efficiency and process improvement. Someone who loves driving best practice but is not bound by it
- Strong negotiation and candidate management skills, with a keen eye on the candidate experience, communication, and timely follow-up
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is preferred
