TECHNOLOGY PRODUCT MANAGER
Il nostro cliente, azienda leader nel settore delle telecomunicazioni con sede nel Locarnese, ci ha incaricati di selezionare un Technology Product Manager
La posizione prevede :
- Product Management per macchine ed attrezzature
- Corsi di formazione presso la sede o direttamente dai clienti : "Fusion Technology", FTTH, Airliner Training, montaggio connettori, ispezione connettori, ecc
- Assistenza tecnica al cliente per macchine ed attrezzature
- Consulenze ed offerte personalizzate per clienti interessati a macchinari ed attrezzature
- Referente per i clienti in visita alla sede per la formazione sulle macchine e l'attrezzatura
- Gestione riparazioni : valutazione iniziale, preventivi ed istruzioni per la riparazione delle macchine ed attrezzi dei clienti
- Assistenza e consulenza al team vendita per macchine-attrezzature
- Responsabile della documentazione per i clienti riguardante macchinari ed attrezzature : liste di pezzi di ricambio, struttura vendita (BOM), database clienti, manuali d'uso, descrizione di produzione, comunicazioni tecniche verso i clienti, ecc
- Collaborazione con il Reparto Qualità per collaudo macchine e reclami clienti
- Corsi interni sulla fibra ottica per nuovi collaboratori
Requisiti :
Buona padronanza della lingua tedesca ed inglese è indispensabile .
Il salario segnalato è puramente indicativo e verrà concordato in fase di colloquio.
