Requisiti
Master´s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
2 - 3 years of experience in corporate or structured trade finance.
Proven negotiation and relationship management skills with international banks.
Fluency in English, knowledge of German, Italian, or French is an advantage.
Solid financial modelling skills, familiarity with treasury or ERP systems is a plus
Compiti
Support in maintaining and developing relationships with a portfolio of local and international
banks, serving as the primary point of contact for all credit, compliance, and operational
inquiries.
Assist in arranging and structuring trade finance solutions including the development of
alternative various financing instruments and transaction structures.
Collaborate in coordinating and monitoring financing structures, including borrowing base
facilities, uncommitted bilateral facilities, syndicated loans, prepayments and pre-export
agreements and factoring / securitization programs
Prepare periodic reports for senior management on facility utilization, bank exposure, and
financial risks.
