Stellenbeschreibung

Precision in Every Rotation Our client is an internationally active industrial company that has been developing and manufacturing high‑precision clamping and tooling solutions for decades. The organisation is a technological leader, operating with state‑of‑the‑art production processes and supplying demanding customers in more than 30 countries. Its manufacturing environment is defined by high precision, stable processes and a strong commitment to quality. Employees benefit from a culture that encourages innovation and actively supports technical development. To strengthen the team, we are currently seeking an experienced professional as:

Polymechanic / CNC Milling Specialist / CNC Setter / CNC Programmer

Your Responsibilities In this role, you will operate CNC turning machines and ensure precise, efficient and high‑quality production. You independently set up the machines, select appropriate tools and clamping devices, and carry out all machining steps with full responsibility. You also program directly at the machine (Fanuc) and make adjustments during the machining process. You read technical drawings with confidence, monitor dimensional accuracy and quality, and document results according to internal standards. The position also includes working within a dynamic production team and being willing to work late shifts until 22:00.

Your Profile You bring several years of experience operating CNC turning machines with Fanuc control systems and possess a solid understanding of turning processes, materials and mechanical machining. You are confident programming at the control panel, independently setting up machines and managing the entire workflow from preparation to finished part. You interpret technical drawings accurately and work confidently with precision measuring instruments in the hundredth‑millimetre range. A reliable, structured and self‑directed working style as well as strong teamwork skills are essential. Candidates already working in Ticino or Switzerland will be given preference.

Your Perspective Our client offers a modern, dynamic and technically advanced working environment with varied machining tasks and diverse setup activities. Digital technologies support you throughout the production process, and you will work in an environment that encourages development and personal responsibility. The company culture is characterised by openness, precision and a strong commitment to quality. Your application documents will be treated confidentially in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and used exclusively for the selection process.
