Communication Manager/Change Management
INTRODUCTION :
Nous recherchons pour un client, actif dans le secteur de l'industrie et basé dans le Nord Vaudois, un
Communication Manager (Change Management) à 100%
pour un mandat temporaire de durée indéterminée.
DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION :
- Gérer des projets de communication, en fédérant les parties prenantes
- Apporter son expertise sur les stratégies de communication.
- Participer activement aux efforts de communication interne, en utilisant plusieurs canaux de distribution
- Collaborer à la stratégie de communication interne
- Proposer des améliorations créatives et les concrétiser.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le département de communication institutionnel et veiller à l'alignement des directives d'entreprise.
PROFIL ATTENDU :
- Excellentes compétences en rédaction en français et en anglais.
- Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets
- Bonne maîtrise d'Office 365 (SharePoint Online, PowerPoint).
- Expérience en Change management.
- Responsable, autonome et à l'écoute
- Bonnes compétences analytiques et interpersonnelles.
