The global sponsoring team is responsible for strategic sponsorship topics as well as the planning and execution of our global flagship sponsorships, such as the FIA Formula E World Championship, Montreux Jazz Festival or Elbphilharmonie.

In your role you will be supporting the team on all cultural platforms, including the Montreux Jazz Festival, Elbphilharmonie or NEXT initiative.

You will be hired through our external payroll provider.

YOUR CHALLENGE

Support in planning, organisation and execution of global sponsorships and events including hospitality, brand activation and communication with a focus on cultural projects

Onsite execution of guest hospitality programmes as well as brand activation and communication activities in various countries

Interface management with internal and external stakeholders

Budget controlling and monitoring of the respective projects

Contract negotiations with external service providers in close collaboration with Legal and Procurement

Updates of all communication channels on Sponsorship related topics

YOUR PROFILE

Minimum bachelor’s degree or other equivalent education and 1-2 years of experience and know-how within marketing, sponsorship, event or hospitality sector, understanding of the financial industry of advantage

Strong project management and conception skills, ability to work in a global, complex and fast-paced environment

Proficiency in MS Office

Hands-on attitude, strong project management skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively

Good communication, writing and presentation skills

Very passionate, proactive and committed team player who can also work independently

High customer- and solution-oriented attitude, deliver consistently high quality within agreed timeframes

High flexibility in terms of working time (regular travels abroad and weekend work)

Excellent written and verbal English and German skills, French of advantage
