Head of Internal Audit

Aufgaben

Responsible for a comprehensive Group internal audit strategy / Responsible for the audit plan with a risk-based audit approach / Promote a culture of leadership and continuous improvement of the internal audit team / Ensure audits are performed in accordance with professional standards and best practices / Actively monitor and control risks and perform risk assessments also in cooperation with external auditors / Main responsibility for audits in the areas of finance and internal control systems / Perform independent assessments of operational audits for effectiveness, efficiency and security of the analyzed processes and data protection / Reporting on audit results to the Audit Committee / Ongoing improvement of processes and controls and ensuring compliance with the highest standards of professional practice / Leading special audits and ad hoc projects for the Executive Board and company management / Reporting and presenting audit activities to various committees / Ad hoc projects.

Qualifikation

Bachelor's or Master's degree / Executive MBA / ACCA, US CPA, CPA, CIA / Proven experience in internal audit / Experience as head or senior manager of audit in a multinational organization with best-in-class thinking and understanding of the risk profile of the industrial group / Experience in overseeing the development and implementation of a risk-based audit plan / Familiarity with key business processes and understanding of financial and operational controls, and related technology tools / Willingness to drive continuous improvement of the Group's internal audit function based on the global internal audit standards set by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) / Strong commitment to achieving results / Analytical and critical thinking skills / Team player and ability to build strong relationships with auditees / Integrity, steadfastness, diplomacy / Excellent presentation and eloquent communication skills / Excellent written and spoken English skills.
