Legal Investment & Corporate Administrator

Are you our new Legal Investment and Corporate Secretarial Administrator?

As part of this role, you will be responsible for the legal administration of investment transactions and general corporate secretarial matters with particular focus on filing requirements and record keeping for Swiss investment Companies and possibly additional SPVs in Europe (e.g. Luxembourg).

The team consists of investment professionals based in Intrum’s Head Office in Stockholm (Sweden), Baar, (Switzerland), Dublin, Athens and Vilnius

What will you do :

• Assist Intrum’s Investment team and Legal team in the area of the portfolio acquisition in Intrum’s more than 20 European markets engaged in Portfolio Investments;
• Corporate housekeeping and legal operations for Intrum’s Swiss investment vehicles, in cooperation with Global Legal and the Global Business Servicers Center (Athens, Greece) :
• Handle KYC requests and similar compliance related tasks;
• Corporate governance / secretarial tasks
• Performing group legal entity management tasks,
• Investment administration
• Review checklists and monitor compliance calendar for these transactions and vehicles
• Collating documentation for all transactions
• Coordination of work with notaries, law firms and company registry, et other relevant external partners.
• Administration of correspondence (electronic and hard copy) for these vehicles
• Co-ordinating meetings
• Draft and maintain Minutes of Meetings
• Assistance in General Office facilities Management

What we’re looking for :

• Excellent English, solid German are a must.
• Any European language in addition to English is a plus
• Experience with administration and preferably a corporate and legal administration background, e.g. as paralegal or investment officer, or executive assistant with filing / contract management responsibilities
• Familiar with customary Office suite and willing to embrace new digital tools
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Keeping the right balance between highest quality standards and a hands-on attitude
• Keen to establish robust processes for routine work, take on recurring work as well as ad hoc work
• Integrity
• Open minded and a people’s person with the ability to cooperation with multiple market teams
