Are you ready to "doppler" with us? In this exciting role, you can get involved in the world of duplex sonography. Your varied tasks and patients can be different every day.
Your main tasks
- Duplex sonographic examination of the extra- and intracranial vessels supplying the brain in our patients :
- for outpatients in the outpatient clinic of the Department of Neurology
- or for inpatients with a mobile ultrasound device in the stroke unit / post-stroke unit
- subsequently independent, thorough documentation of findings in the report
- shared responsibility for material control and the operational readiness of the equipment
- teamwork and continuous further training
- standardized examinations, but also specific examination techniques such as embolism monitoring (TCD) or bubble test
- entering data in the Swiss Stroke Register and possible collaboration in clinical studies in the field of stroke
Your profile
- you are a medical technical assistant (MTA) or radiology specialist with an interest in the subject areas - we will teach you the skills on the job
- you have an affinity for technology and the ICT infrastructure is part of your job
- committed, flexible personality with a high level of social competence who wants to actively shape multi-professional collaboration
- good knowledge of English and ideally also German or are willing to learn the language in depth
- excellent communication skills and fun working with people round off your profile
