Missions principales du poste
Etablissement d’offres
Organisation d’événements (salle, catering, technique, inscriptions à des congrès, voyages, réservation d’hôtels, de restaurants, de transferts, )
Gestion des demandes techniques, y compris technique hybride
Suivi administratif et financier des projets
Refacturation
Application scrupuleuse de la règlementation du domaine pharma
Travail indépendant, l’employé gère ses propres projets
Compétences
Excellente maîtrise de l’allemand (maîtrise du suisse-allemand un atout) et du français
Excellent niveau d’orthographe dans les deux langues
Connaissance ou intérêt pour les outils de réunions virtuelles (ex. TEAMS, ZOOM) et hybrides
Rigueur et précision
Connaissance des outils bureautiques (Word, Excel, ), internet
Proactif, bon sens, aimant le travail de qualité
Expérience du domaine pharma un atout
Conditions de travail
Horaires flexibles, mais suivi quotidien des dossiers fortement souhaité
Télétravail après période de formation (env. 3 mois), matériel fourni par la société
Occasionnellement des rendez-vous externes

Aufgabenbereich
Organisation und Administration von Veranstaltungen
Hauptaufgaben
Erstellen von Angeboten
Organisation von Veranstaltungen (Raum, Catering, Technik, Anmeldungen zu Kongressen, Reisen, Buchung von Hotels, Restaurants, Transfers, ...).
Management der Technik, hybride Technik inbegriffen.
Administrative und finanzielle Überwachung der Projekte.
Wiederverrechnung
Sorgfältige Anwendung der Vorschriften des Pharmabereichs.
Selbstständige Arbeit, der / die Angestellte betreut seine / ihre eigenen Projekte
Kompetenzen
Ausgezeichnete Beherrschung der deutschen Sprache (Schweizerdeutsch von Vorteil) und der französischen Sprache
Ausgezeichnete Rechtschreibung in beiden Sprachen
Kenntnisse oder Interesse an Softwares für virtuelle (z.B. TEAMS, ZOOM) und hybride Meetings
Genauigkeit und Präzision
Kenntnis der gängigen Softwares (Word, Excel...), Internet.
Proaktiv, gesunder Menschenverstand, Freude an qualitativ hochwertiger Arbeit.
Erfahrung im Pharmabereich von Vorteil
Arbeitsbedingungen
Flexible Arbeitszeiten, tägliche Kontrolle der Files sehr wünschenswert.
