Grant Coordinator (2423-GM) - Integrated Photonics, Nanoengineering, European Projects
Intro LIGENTEC is a young and dynamic European company located in Lausanne, Switzerland and Paris, France. We are manufacturing silicon nitride based Photonic Integrated Circuits (PICs) for customers in high-tech areas such as Quantum Technologies, LiDAR, Space Technologies and Biosensors.
LIGENTEC All-Nitride technology enables our customers to develop their products in the industrial revolution 4.0. Tasks Coordinate project execution to ensure completion of the work statement, with a focus on milestones and objectives within the framework of EU projects, involving both internal and external resources and customers.
Plan, monitor, and track projects, ensuring alignment and collaboration among project leads. Develop and maintain Statements of Work (SOWs) to meet project requirements.
Support individual work package owners with project planning and tracking as needed. Manage cost accounts, budget planning and controlling, and handle internal and external reporting for various projects.
Prepare and submit proposals to public institutions, leveraging public funding knowledge. Conduct reporting and audits for publicly funded projects to ensure compliance and transparency.
Contribute to Continuous Improvement and the Quality Management System (QMS). Requirements A degree level (or equivalent) qualification in Science or Engineering, with experience in relevant environments being a strong plus (MEMS, Semiconductors, Nano-Optics).
Knowledge of proposal submission processes to public institutions and public funding mechanisms. Strong experience in project planning and management, including significant experience with EU projects, preferably as a coordinator.
Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (Project Management certification highly appreciated). Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities, both upstream and downstream.
Open-minded, critical, and innovative thinker. Ability to work effectively with remote teams and under tight deadlines. Experience in reporting and auditing publicly funded projects is a strong plus.
