Project Manager SAP S4H4 (German and English)
9-month contract
50 % - 21 hours per week
Zürich - Home office possible
On the behalf of our client in the insurance industry, we are currently looking for a Project Manager / Project Lead, specialized in SAP conversion / SAP H4S4.
This is a 9-month contract, based in Zurich (with working from home possible).
Your responsibilities :
- Being responsible for the analysis and the specifications of the project (objectives, schedule, resources, costs-effectiveness, risks, delivery)
- Preparing and presenting a business proposal according to the agreement with the client
- Setting up a suitable project organization; leading the project team and implementing suitable project management processes.
- Creating orders, evaluating suppliers and drawing up contracts
- Managing the planning the deployment of personnel (defining responsibilities, performance targets, personnel planning) for the project
- Defining the project marketing and communication plan involving stakeholders
- Establishing the quality assurance of the project
- Checking and approving the project results and determining the key figures for progress and success control
Languages (compulsory for this roles) :
- German (fluent or native)
- English
Your profile :
- Relevant proven experience in SAP environment as Project Manager / Project Lead
- Very good command of German C1-C2 (mandatory), English is an advantage
- Excellent stakeholders' management capabilities
- SAP HCM experience (incl. FIORI) an advantage
