Purpose:

The Logistics Coordinator supports the day-to-day coordination of logistics operations across the company's European business, with a strong focus on inventory control, transport coordination, shipment documentation and operational accuracy. The role acts as the daily operational link between 3PL warehouses, transport providers, customer service, and internal supply chain teams, ensuring accurate inventory visibility, compliant documentation and the smooth movement of goods inbound and outbound.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory movements across 3PL warehouses, transit flows and intercompany transfers.
• Support inventory accuracy through regular reconciliation of system stock versus physical movements.
• Coordinate stock adjustments, transfer postings and inventory discrepancy investigations.
• Manage and validate logistics documentation including shipping documents, delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, transport records and customs-related paperwork.
• Ensure all operational documents are complete, accurate and properly filed in line with internal procedures and audit standards.
• Coordinate daily transport activities with carriers, freight forwarders and parcel/pallet service providers.
• Arrange shipment bookings and monitor transport schedules for both inbound and outbound flows.
• Track shipment status, proof of delivery and transport exceptions in real time
• Liaise daily with 3PL warehouses on receiving, dispatches, returns and stock transfers
• Support smooth coordination of order preparation, shipment prioritisation and exception handling.
• Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records within ERP and WMS systems.
• Support preparation of operational reports related to inventory, transport activity, shipment status and logistics KPIs.
• Work closely with customer service, planning, finance, logistics partners and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operational execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics operations, transport coordination or inventory control.
• Strong hands-on experience with logistics documentation and shipment coordination.
• Exposure to 3PL warehouse environments and multi-carrier transport management is preferred.
• Prior experience in fashion, luxury, footwear, retail or consumer goods is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages an advantage.
