ERP SPECIALIST
Descrizione della missione
La risorsa inserita si occuperà di :
- Implementazione , gestione e ottimizzazione dei sistemi ERP al fine di automatizzare, integrare e migliorare i processi aziendali
- Supporto di 1° livello relativo al gestionale aziendale
- Interpretazione delle cause di avvertimenti e / o errori ricevuti dal sistema di monitoring dell'ERP
- Collaborazione col 2° livello per la r isoluzione di problematiche
- Formazion e degli utenti sull'utilizzo del gestionale
- Test dei nuovi sviluppi e segnalazione di problemi e / o migliorie
