Marketing & Branding Junior Specialist (Fixed-term, 12 months)
Potential for permanent opportunity

An international organization is seeking a Marketing & Branding Junior Specialist to join its Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover), with the possibility of long-term employment.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will support the Branding and Marketing team in the creation and execution of visual communication materials, ensuring consistent and high-quality application of brand identity across all channels.

This role focuses on graphic design production, brand implementation, and visual asset management, contributing to campaigns, events, and digital communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce visual assets for both print and digital channels (social media, presentations, brochures, reports, newsletters, event materials, etc.)
• Manage incoming design requests via project management tools, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines
• Support the development of creative concepts and marketing campaign materials
• Create and maintain branded templates (presentations, reports, toolkits, etc.)
• Manage and organize visual assets and design libraries using collaborative tools (e.g., Figma, SharePoint)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies, including briefing and reviewing creative outputs
• Contribute to strengthening brand consistency and visual identity across the organization

Profile

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or branding (internships included)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and Figma is essential
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven mindset
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Additional Assets

• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing
• Familiarity with project management or AI-driven tools

Languages

• Fluent English required
• Additional languages are a plus
