Acquire and manage customers, focusing on lead generation in Switzerland and occasionally abroadRespond to RFPs / RFIs in collaboration with our presales consultantsBuild and maintain strong business and customer relationshipsEnsure smooth customer onboarding in cooperation with our EngineersAchieve sales targets, contribute to departmental objectives and enhance business development workflowsParticipate in marketing activities, including conferences and customer outreachPrepare customer proposals, update CRM systems, and ensure accurate invoicingStay informed about products, services, and industry trends
Previous experience in sales or digital marketing; ideally in cybersecurity or ITTarget-driven, autonomous, and highly organizedExcellent teamwork, prioritization, and time management abilitiesStrong communication, organizational, and relationship management skillsProficient in building and maintaining relationships, with openness to feedbackFluency in French (C2 / native) and English (C1); German is a plus
