About Telecontrol / GfK Switzerland :
Telecontrol, part of GfK Switzerland, develops advanced television and radio audience‑measurement systems for one of the world’s leading market‑research organizations. Our solutions are created within a SAFe® Agile Release Train of 15 SCRUM teams, working closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high‑quality and adaptable products.
Your Role :
As a member of our R&D organization of 18 engineers and IT specialists—and specifically within the Hardware & Embedded Systems team—you will design, develop, enhance, and test the embedded software powering GfK’s audience‑measurement meters. You will collaborate with experts from electronics, software, systems engineering, and multimedia to bring reliable, secure, and innovative devices to life.
Your Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for GfK’s measurement devices.
- Contribute to architecture, system design, implementation, and verification activities.
- Work closely with hardware engineers, system engineers, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and product quality.
- Support secure software deployment and ongoing improvements of existing components.
- Participate in automated testing, continuous integration, and structured release processes.
