This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-moving environment within a small, highly skilled reward team of 3-4 professionals. The team manages centralized and complex compensation programs, including long-term incentive plans, across multiple countries. You will combine hands-on operational delivery with strategic advisory responsibilities, working closely with business leaders, HR teams, and external consultants.
Serve as a trusted advisor on all compensation matters, including annual compensation review processes, share allocations, and budget adherence
Support global long-term incentive (LTI) programs, ensuring accurate calculations and alignment with seniority and regional regulations
Prepare and deliver compensation reports, market benchmarking, and analytics to inform business decisions
Collaborate with regional HR teams and senior leaders to implement salary structures, pay grades, and reward frameworks
Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders to maintain robust and market-aligned compensation programs
Actively participate in annual compensation cycles, which are intensive and time-sensitive, requiring operational rigor and strong attention to detail
Provide strategic guidance while executing day-to-day compensation processes and ad-hoc business requests
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across regions, demonstrating excellent communication and influencing skills
Support the HR team on related reward initiatives, including process improvements and global payroll projects

Broad exposure across business units in an international financial services en
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Economics, or similar field
8-10 years experience in compensation / reward, ideally in financial services or a similar complex sector
Experience in long-term incentive programs, global compensation models, and compensation analytics
Ability to balance operational delivery with strategic advisory
Proven analytical skills and experience with market benchmarking, reporting, and stakeholder negotiation
Fluency in English, additional languages a plus
Strong communication skills, able to explain complex compensation topics clearly to business leaders
Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable, with a rewards mindset
Comfortable in a small, high-performing team environment with entrepreneurial culture
Exposure to multi-country compensation and regulatory considerations (Switzerland, UK, Singapore, Luxembourg, and other smaller offices)
Experience with compensation systems such as SuccessFactors is an advantage
