Institutional Data and CRM Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing Franklin University Switzerland’s core administrative platforms, including the CRM and ERP / SIS, while providing key data insights that support university operations.

This role also serves as the university’s lead data analyst by integrating data across departments and translating it into actionable insights for overall institutional effectiveness.

Key Areas of Responsibility

Technical Responsibilities

• Enhance and support data movements (integration) to / from the MSSQL-based PowerCAMPUS (the University’s primary ERP system), SLATE (prospect management system), GreatPlains Dynamics (financial database), and PowerFAIDS (financial aid system).
• Coordinate vendor support, upgrades, testing, and user training.
• Troubleshoot problems with Microsoft SQL database reports, processes, databases ,and front-end applications.
• Maintain system documentation, forms, workflows, and custom configurations.
• Ensure the CRM is optimized for user experience
• Clean, prepare, and validate data sets for use in internal and external reporting.
• Configure and manage automated data feeds from vendors, and automated data feed to vendors. Update import formats on a scheduled basis.
• Develop data quality tools and schedule integrity checks.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the department, consistent with this position, goals, and the University's mission.
