Your tasks :
- Lead the development of content strategy & plan in close collaboration with the internal stakeholders
- Create & implement strategies for personalized content delivery to enhance customer engagement and retention
- Develop business-relevant value propositions and messaging strategies for marketing activities at Bachem
- Govern & collect potential content from within the organization
- Generate easy to understand and highly attractive content for Bachem's various communication channels
- Manage and oversee external content providers to ensure brand, messaging and value propositions are aligned with business interests and messaging strategy
- Set up processes and governance to ensure that content remains accessible, searchable, up-to-date, and useful for stakeholders
